Lloydmasters will be running a series of knowledge sharing and networking evenings over the coming months. The events are aimed at how organisations can improve their Organisation’s Safety Leadership & Culture, and this topic is explored through case studies latest and draws on the experience of external speakers. Networking Events – Safety Culture & Risk in High Hazard Industries London – Tuesday 23 June 2015 Exploring the latest thinking on how leaders can manage safety, culture and risk in high-hazard environments. Using corporate case studies, academic models and presentations, the events will draw on the experience of experts who will be attending the session to lead much of the discussion. Sharing their specific experience in driving improvements in leadership, culture, and safety performance. Specialists in Safety Culture and Leadership, lloydmasters work around the globe in the oil, construction and transport sectors. The focus of the work is primarily with leadership teams examining the underlying safety culture and safety performance, and discussing how it could be demonstrably improved. These evenings will be hosted by lloydmasters, whose team will also share some of their current thinking and work in each specific area.
