Safety Culture and Leadership Survey 2015 – the results

Thank you to everyone that participated in our Safety Culture Survey. The objective of the survey was to help those organisations understand their safety culture when compared to other high hazard industry sectors such as transport, shipping, construction,manufacturing and oil/gas. The report summarises the key findings from our analysis. Specifically it covers:

• Learnings from major incidents/accidents
