Jane Owen Jones

Jane Owen Jones  holds a Bsc Hons in Management, and an MSC in Systems Thinking. With over 35 years consulting experience Jane specialised in industrial relations with both BP and GEC, before moving to PWC to lead the firm’s work on organisational development. In Lloydmasters , Jane leads on organisational capabilities, culture change and integrated project team alignment

Throughout her consulting career, both in the UK and overseas Jane has led and participated in major transformation projects and strategic development with the Boards of prominent blue chip and Public Sector organisations including Balfour Beatty, Lafarge, BP, Siemens, Baker Tilly, and Dept of Health – and pioneered new approaches to organisational learning and knowledge management.

Working with the United Nations and its agencies in a number of countries, such as the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, and the Brazilian Business Council,  Jane developed a systems based approach to CSR and sustainable development, involving key international stakeholders in the discussions and formulation of treaties. More recent work includes supporting leadership teams in Petroleum Brunei, and the Brunei Government to develop international oil partnerships, developing strategic capabilities for Morgan Sindall as part of their growth strategy and working with HS2 to develop a high performing safety culture across their leaders and those of their partners. Jane also works on projects for the University of Lincoln Business School where she set up their business consulting arm
