Kevin Barton has worked as an associate consultant with Lloyd Masters since 2021. He has delivered professional development and training to clients including HS2, Bouygues, Speedy Hire, and Peterson Global, specialising in improving organisational culture, safety and leadership development.
He has over twenty years’ experience as an international consultant, working in sectors including education, health, logistics and performance sport. He has developed strategic solutions for organisations as diverse as Nike, British Council, Saudi Arabian Ministry of Education, and the Abu Dhabi Sports Council.
He has substantial expertise in designing and delivering high-quality professional development programmes, coaching and mentoring a diverse range of executives and management teams. In recent years, he has focused on training and leadership development in high-hazard industries. Kevin has a Masters’ level qualification in Educational Leadership and was a Visiting Fellow at Exeter University from 2009-2015. “.
