Kirstie Sneyd

Kirstie has an MBA from Insead, specialising in organisational behaviour and strategy. Prior to joining Lloydmasters she worked for Accenture in their Human Performance division and her assignments included change management programmes for Argos, GlaxoSmithKline and Marks & Spencer. She also worked for Deloitte Consulting for 3 years in their business process re-engineering group and managed organisation redesign projects for Braun and Gillette. Prior to her consulting career she worked for Procter & Gamble in new product development. Kirstie has extensive experience in the retail and FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) sectors including Argos, Marks & Spencer, Braun and Gillette and has also worked on some great challenges with RBS, the Department of Health and UBS. Her areas of focus have been around culture change programmes, executive coaching, development and facilitation, whilst clients have included Vosper Thornycroft, BP, Churchill and UBS. Contact me
