Louise Hemming is an MBTI / NLP practitioner & coach with a wealth of experience in HR, facilitating learning and talent development. Louise spent seven years in retail operations before moving into HR. She has held senior HR and Learning & Development roles in Compass Group, Granada and Sainsbury over a twenty year period, before moving to work in consultancy in a range of sectors including, retail, manufacturing, hospitality, public sectors, transport and construction. She has lead on delivering a number of transformational change and development projects with Zurich, South West Water and Smurfit Kappa winning two National Training Awards. Her expertise lies in designing and delivering leadership development solutions, executive coaching and L&D consultancy.
