Richard Goodson

Richard has a first class honours degree in Civil Engineering. He has 11 years’ project management experience in industry followed by 19 years’ experience of delivering transformation programmes in organisations with a turnover of £1m to £30bn. He has a passion for improving performance by defining and delivering solutions to challenging business issues. He brings an ability to see the big picture and then to define and drive through the detail of what needs to be done to deliver the desired outcomes. He has worked across sectors that include government, defence, construction, oil and gas, technology, and travel and transport and has an excellent track record of building strong, trusted relationships based on providing high quality advice and support. Richard’s consulting skills include project and programme management, change management, process re-design and sales excellence. He has experience of delivering health-checks and reviews of in-flight programmes and brings excellent facilitation skills. Over the past 19 years Richard has worked for both large and small consulting firms where he gained experience of leading teams of up to 40 people. His board level experience means that he is comfortable operating at the C-suite level in client organisations. Recent assignments include the delivery of a seven month project in the smart energy sector and the review of an IT programme in the third sector. He has also worked with four clients to help them improve their sales capability and to provide hands-on support to major bids. He joined lloydmasters as a Senior Associate in January 2014. Contact me
